Request Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. Fill in the form below and our support team will receive your request and get in touch within 3–7 working days to walk you through the process and finalise the deletion of your account and data. Data included in the deletion request

  • Profile information (name, username, photo, bio)
  • Posts, stories, comments, and reactions
  • Private messages and chat history
  • Wallet balance and transaction records (non-regulatory)
  • Marketplace listings and order history
  • Business profile and reviews (if applicable)
  • Followers, following, and community memberships
  • Device tokens and notification preferences

Data that may be retained by law

  • Financial transaction records required by applicable law (up to 7 years)
  • Fraud or abuse investigation records where legally obligated
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
